Hanford Recovery Act
As part of the Hanford Recovery Act, The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) provides compensation to persons who have become ill as a result of working at atomic weapon facilities. Individuals, or their eligible survivors, who worked as an employee, contractor, or subcontractor at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation may be eligible for benefits under EEOICP.
